   I believe that they originally promised us that we wouldn’t recognize Canada when they were done with it.

   And “two cents”, you’ll have to reread the post. It says “separatists”, not separatism. There’s a difference. The people are part of Canada. The idea is not. It’s kind of like hating the sin but loving the sinner.

   For the criminals, the idea is to rehabilitate them so they come out as decent citizens - not treat them so horribly that they come out psychotic and more dangerous than when they entered.
